We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, However we understand that sometimes you will need to return an item and like most companies we have procedures which must be followed when returning unwanted parts purchased from us so before making a return to us please read our instructions below including our Terms & Conditions.

RETURNING UNWANTED PRODUCTS
You can return unwanted parts for credit refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery providing you complete the returns form in full and enclose it with a copy invoice together with the unwanted parts you want to return. It is your responsibility to ensure that the parts you are returning are complete with all packaging and instructions, securely packed so they will not get damaged and are suitable for resale. Please note we will not process any items returned outside of the 14 day period
Regardless we do not accept liability for any items damaged, lost or stolen whilst being returned to our works
We are unable to accept for credit refund or exchange any non stocked product that we have specially ordered or manufactured on your behalf
We will not accept items that are received broken incomplete, not fit for resale or returned outside of the 14 day period
We will not accept returns of any products that are non stocked have been specially ordered or manufactured for you
RETURNING PARTS UNDER COMPLAINT
You should contact us immediately if you experience a problem or failure with one of our
components where a Customer experiences a fault with a product it can be returned to British Parts subject to our
returns policy & Terms & Conditions. Complete the returns form in full and enclose it with a copy invoice together with the complaint part(s) you want to return. It is your responsibility to ensure that the parts you are returning are complete with all packaging and instructions, securely packed so they will not get damaged. Liability & guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the faulty or failed component (s) and cost is expressly limited to the cost of the original part (s) as supplied on your invoice and will not be exceeded. We do not accept claims or charges for Installation, service or repair or any other costs, charges, claims relating to the faulty product or its return. Where we agree to cover the cost of returning a faulty part, the price for returning the faulty part is expressly limited to no more than the original delivery charge. As part of our guarantee procedure the returned part (s) may as a procedure be returned to the manufacturer for testing and or repair. If the part is found to be faulty you will be offered a refund or replacement for all items returned within 30 days of delivery. For faulty items returned outside the 30 day period guarantee is limited to the replacement of the faulty part only and no refund will be made unless a replacement part is not available. The products we sell are covered by the manufacturers guarantee usually a period 12 months. Please contact us immediately should any problem occur.
RETURN DELIVERY & PACKAGING
When returning items for credit refund or exchange it is the express responsibility of the sender to ensure the returned items are packed securely for transport and sent using a tracked method of delivery. Regardless of the reason for return we do not accept liability for any items damaged, lost or stolen whilst being returned to our works
The Customer sender is responsible for the costs of all returns regardless of the reason for return. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the safe and damage free return of any components being returned.
No credit refund or exchange will be issued if the parts returned are damaged, incomplete as sold
We regret we do not have or offer any return or collection service
