Loyalty points apply to online orders only, and are accrued for all online purchase excluding delivery charges. To accumulate loyalty points you must register as a website customer with us, you will accumulate loyalty points with your first online order following registration, You can use any accrued loyalty points with your second applicable order.
Loyalty points are quick and easy, Example spend £100 and your will accrue £ 1.00 in loyalty points, spend £500.00 and you will accrue £ 5.00 in loyalty points, You can view your accrued points at any time by logging into your online account
Once you have accued loyalty points you will be able to use them at your next checkout or save them for use at a later date.
Loyalty points can only be used for credit against purchases on our website and cannot be exchanged, transferred or credited for cash or other equivalent. It is not possible to back date loyalty points.
Trade discounted orders are excluded from the loyalty points system
